The Life of Granby Artist Aaron Draper Shattuck Presented by David Kimball, Sunday, October 29
Enjoy a glimpse into the life of Aaron Draper Shattuck, presented by David Kimball, conservator and art gallery owner. Because of Shattuck's love of nature, he was enamored with the natural features that Granby had to offer. In 1870, Shattuck bought a farm of 28 acres in West Granby, where he raised prize sheep and cows. It was there that he continued painting and inventing.
